Testing: action list

This document lists actionable items discussed in meetings or on IRC.

Community effort (help welcome!)

Unless otherwise stated these items are tracked on the Progress

• Tests that use external dependencies rather than setting up their own infrastructure, and therefore are occasionally unstable
• List of important modules that don't have integration tests
• List of things that need unit tests (e.g libraries under module_utils)
• Reviewing test_pull_requests PRs
• Tracking and fixing instability issues

• Testing ssh connection with flaky network #17754 Maybe doable on AWS guests where we can force latency/packet loss
