BUG Namadillo: does not always detect that keychain is downloaded

There is a race condition in Namadillo where the extension is not detected properly, so the user sees the Downloads button.

One way to trigger this behavior is to check or uncheck Enable Testnets in Settings, or alternatively, check or uncheck settings in /settings/features

In an extreme case, this never actually resolved itself and remained undetected after refreshing the page many times.
