Describe the bug
Upon opening Angry IP Scanner, scanning a network, devices show online. No Mac Vendors show. If I rescan, all Mac Vendors show.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Angry IP scanner
    2.Scan the network.
  2. No Mac Vendors will appear until 2nd scan

Expected behavior
I would have expected the mac vendors to show up. Never had this problem in the past with Angry IP scanner. This happens no matter what network I'm on.

Versions (please copy from the About dialog or complete manually):
Version: 3.9.1
Build date: 2023-02-11

No Mac Vendors Show. If you do not close the app will never show. Now the Vendors are built. Will appear on future runs.
I did test Preferences/Scanning/Pinging method: switched default Windows to Java Built-in ran it, no show switched back to Windows ran/Closed App. Now shows up. Using PortableApps version.

Works perfect on macOS, because you deep code signed, for us.
Open with Rosetta, that's what ARM users have to do. Because you don't have a unit. They should be grateful enough.
