MailMessage.Load stops in middle of altenateview (HTML), incomplete HTML #166

When Loading an Message from a file the Load method stops a this tag <img border. No error or exception. When inspecting the message, alternate view the HTML is incomplete.
I have added the file from where I Load the message, download as .txt.
