Sometime it print nothing (blank paper), and sometime it print question mark (?????????)

I really appreciate your hard work.

Your package help me done my work , It work well , I love it.
but it also have a little problem that the printer print nothing on paper and sometime print many question mark (????????????)

Could you please resolve these problem?
