While it is sufficient in many use cases to leave WKS to the online client, this needs a smartcard or laptop keys to sign the submission email. It would be nice if we could invoke gpg-wks-client directly from frith, however this would also require a method to receive the confirmation email.

We could pipe the stdout of gpg-wks-client to Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP (from libemail-sender-perl)
