Support newer Android versions

On newer Android versions it's more difficult to write to the system partition or some parts of it.
I'm testing newer ATV's with Android 11 and above and i have some issues to writing into /system/bin.
Maybe it's a good idea to move the scripts to another location. Some other solution would be to get Wooper in a magisk module.
No decision is made yet. I will test what would be a good solution.
Testing now with Android 11 and 12. I will also acquire a ATV with Android 13 or 14 to show what will be future proof.

I have done some testing on newer android versions. run scripts in background is more difficult due to power efficency and security features.
It's easier when it runs under magisk as module.
I will make a wooper magisk module that will work mostly the same as the existing tool.
i have allready a first beta but it need some more work.
