Node.js 16 EOL

I did see mention of this in issue #116, but wanted to double check that it's on the list. AWS sent out an official notice that Node.js 16 goes EOL June 12, 2024. It should be updated to at least version 20.

         You can safely update to Node 16. We are working on an update to this solution that will reference latest Node versions.  No guarantees, but we are working to release an update in Q1 2024
