BlackBerry WebWorks apps can define an element that specifies the navigation mode: either via the on-screen cursor as is usual in these browser-based applications, or via the trackball, where you switch focus to different elements and don't render a cursor.

We should expose this in confetti. Maybe simply pass this one along through to the BlackBerry WebWorks config.xml if it is present in the cross-platform config.xml?
