Support custom prefix for Elasticsearch indexes

As for now, there is hardcoded index names, which cannot fit existing elastic instances, if ClearML is not the only service, which relies on elastic instance.
I think it's good to have ability to add custom prefix for existing index names.
I am happy to create a merge request to implement this if the team agrees
