Renew entry when configuration has been changed

Currently, an entry will only be renewed if the generated-at annotations is removed or the renewal annotation is set either by a cron or by a user but not if the configuration changes (e.g. pattern or length). Especially together with GitOps, this behavior is desired and should be implemented.
