我在参考这个实现rust，发现这个函数的逻辑实现不完整．

１．　根据plainbuffer的定义，https://help.aliyun.com/document_detail/50600.html?spm=a2c4g.11186623.6.828.d1c27c55Bc5la6　　PK也可能不给，这里一定写出去了TAG_PK
2. 没有处理tag_delete_marker
