自动化测试中会遇到希望通过脚本直接调用solopi环境加压的功能来模拟测试环境的场景，但目前没有该接口只能手动开启~
类似 adb shell am start --es "pkg" --ei "cpu" "80" xxxActivity这样可以指定key和value的方式
