App not running after installation

I installed the Avatarify desktop but when i launch, its not running only the webcam light is on. I already have avatarify python previously but it had lagging issues.

my computer is Lenovo Legion 5 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Graphics Card

I successfully installed the Avatarify+desktop but its not allowing me to run it. it says the application can not run my my computer. I'm using a Dell laptop AMD RADEON Graphic windows 10. Please advice what to do to make it run on my laptop.

Windows 10
Nvidia GPU: GeForce 1070 or higher is recommended
Web camera

Mine

Windows 11 Pro
Nvidia GPU: RTX 4090
Logitech HD camera

Not starting at all. Maybe requirement is overkill ?
