Generate markdown api docs, similar to algokit-utils-ts for consumption/ingestion into the dev portal.
We should also try create a standardised output across:

  • algokit-utils-py
  • algokit-utils-ts
  • algokit-client-generator-py
  • algokit-client-generator-ts
  • algokit-cli
