Hello! I think this would be the expected behavior, as the bulletin view controller only has knowledge about its parent window, and we cannot have a solution to handle all the windows in the app.

Maybe you could share what your window setup is so we can figure out if it’s a bug and / or find a solution for you.

Another note, I would discourage displaying an ad banner while in the configuration screen, as the users probably want to focus on the configuration flow; and tapping the ad could break the bulletin if a view controller is presented above.
