It would be great to start the navigation with a little storytelling: why such data, why users are concerned on a daily basis…

Yes as you know this is the plan : provide a more visual and immediate document for general public.
We need to make it. So far the plan is to have :

  • maps : shows how the whole world is concerned
  • "all programs" graph : shows the complexity
  • "devices" illustration : shows how all devices are concerned
  • historical graph : shows how much money / programs / leaks since 1950
    Ideas ?

Currently, there are now spatial data. Can we plan to add such? How?

What do you mean by "spatial data". If geographical map, we have something: http://sniffmap.telcomap.org/

OK so we've given thoughts about that. We might come with a different database for all things geographical including bases, satellites, backbones and such. Open for discussion ;)
