Need someone to help clean up at least one issue thread

I don't really plan to be too active moderating the issues, so would appreciate someone who can help clean up at least #1953 so technical information isn't buried. Any additional moderation would be appreciated but not really that important.

Basically, any dupes or me 2s should be hidden as dupes and then judgment should be made about what conversation should be surfaced.

You may get admin privileges depending on what I need to provide to allow moderation. I don't care if you actually contribute/PR anything, but would like some help maintaining issues so they don't fill with junk. My preference is someone who actually has done some basic github pruning, so if you have done it before, please link the repo. While I may consider someone with no experience, I am wary about people taking over repos to spread malware, so I'd like at least some track record.
