Add docs for workspace logging

📝 Required documentation changes

#2279 fixed log ingestion for the workspace VMs. However, there is no information in the docs about where to view these logs or how to filter them.

#2295 adds some documentation for using Log Analytics and container instances logs. Something similar for workspaces would be good.
