I have VS Studio 2019 and build tools 2019 but i can't still build it, I can't find any proper VS Studio 14 Build Tools Bcz of 2019 replacing stuff So Please tell me how do I fix this Build Error.

You need that MSVC v140 box checked.

Better solution: Use Linux:)
