Expected Behavior

Show "We are loading your cards to review"
If there are no cards - show "there are no cards for today".

Current Behavior

It shows "There are no cards for today"
Once cards are loaded it shows cards.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a lot of cards to review.
Open "Review" for the first time

Context (Environment)

Cheap android with aweful cpu
