플러그인 설치 오류가 많았다 보니.. 재설치 할 때 관련 테이블을 계속 지워야 하는 번거로움

check table 코드 추가해서 이미 생성된 테이블에 대한 충돌 없이 설치 되도록 개선
Base table or view already exists 문제 없도록 개선
