in airr-schema-openapi3.yaml, the 'Species' ontology occurs multiple times, starting on lines 1274, 1536 and 2198. Only the last one of the three has x-airr/ontology/top_node, the former two lack x-airr/ontology

closing this for now, to make 1 issue with a list of all schema related issues
