url field in InformationProvider inconsistent #811

As required in #784 the IEDB_RECEPTOR InformationProvider has two URLs.

This is implemented as an array for this provider, but this field is not an array for others.

Should this be fixed? The most straightforward fix is to make all if the URL fields an array with most providers only having a single array element.
