ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'airflow_clickhouse_plugin.hooks.clickhouse_hook'

I installed Airflow via helmchart in K8S with this artifact https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/airflow-helm/airflow (v8.8.0). My configuration is file below

To sum up I will list some special configuration:

• I mounted dag volume to local storage in my k8s worker node: /opt/datawarehouse:/opt/airflow/dags/
• I use git sync to automatically sync python code to dag folder
• I use extraPipPackages to install airflow-clickhouse-plugin for running python job
  When I completely installed Airflow and access via Airflow via web UI, I faced with error like picture below
  
  So, please someone tell me how to fix that issue?
