Change package name

Now that I've snuck in the initial GraphQL implementation (#17) 😄, it's a bit of a misnomer to call this just restapi.
Possible names: aiida-webserver, aiida-webapi

Certainly agree on changing the name.
I proposed aiida-webapi but I think it's not very inspired. Since renaming should just be a search & replace operation and there is no rush, I suggest we wait a little bit and see whether a better idea comes along.

Instead of describing what the package is, a name could also relate to what one can do with it.

yeh this is why I felt aiida-webserver might be better, since the purpose is to serve aiida over the web. I think webapi might be a bit unclear to folk that don't know what a web API is
