`memoryEstimator` fails if object has any `null` or `undefined` #126

Minimal example:

it('null', function() {
    expect(memoryEstimator({ kaka: null })).toEqual(28);
});

it('undefined', function() {
    expect(memoryEstimator({ kaka: null })).toEqual(28);
});

(Not sure if 28 is the right value here, but the point is that I would expect it to not fail the object has a null value somewhere.)
