MPI implementation

In previous discussions we settled on an offline-partitioning methodology for domain decomposition. This discussion thread will pertain to strategies for communication of photons between processors via MPI.

Currently the grid structure contains a boundary attribute, which is a Cube type structure. The Cube structure is defined by bounding points, which makes sense, but for the case of the grid boundaries it makes more sense to define them in terms of faces, as this is what the photons will be interacting with.

The code we need to look at here is the code that detemines when a photon has gone out of the bounds of a grid.
