How to perform motif scanning using other methods based on the SCENIC+ motif database?

Thanks for providing such as great resource of motif database. I am trying to using MEME, but not pycisTarget, to perform motif scanning. This requires MEME formats of motifs. So how to convert the *cb format into MEME format (https://meme-suite.org/meme/doc/meme-format.html#min_motif_pspm)? Thanks for your help.
