Steps to create singularity file not working

Hi, I was trying to follow the steps to create the sif file, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

After googling I tried the following:

 apt-get install -y python3-launchpadlib && apt-get install -y software-properties-common && \
    add-apt-repository ppa:openjdk-r/ppa && \
    apt update && \
    apt-get update && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends ant openjdk-11-jdk && \

But that also doesn't seem to help, as I get the exact same error, that it is unable to locate the package.

Any help would be appreciated!
