Sparcity resulting in empty DataFrames in the markers_dict object

Hi all,

Im following up on an issue that was raised but immediately closed by the user (#53).

Im working through the SCENIC+ Tutorial and following DAR calculation, my resulting markers_dict has a number of empty directories resulting from what i assume to be a sparsity of cells for particular cell types. I'm thinking i can adjust the thresholds for DARs; albeit, given i've so few cells for a number of cell types, even with adjusted thresholds i'm likely to run into the same issue of empty DataFrames. Alternatively, I could remove the empty DataFrames from the object but i'm not sure if this is going to cause some issues downstream.

Does anyone have suggestions on how best to proceed?

Any input would be appreciated.
