4.0 beta 2 - feature freeze and localization freeze - RELEASED:

• [DONE] Further styling adjustments as needed

4.0 release candidate - code freeze:

• Complete testing of Panic Button on other OS platforms, and fix any platform-specific bugs
• Turn off console logging for non-debug mode
• Fixes for any showstopper bugs
• Cosmetic bug fixes

• Bug fixes for showstopper issues ONLY

Features deferred or won't be implemented

• All UI strings localizable (postpone to 4.0.1)
• Localize Panic Button in languages other than English (postpone to 4.0.1 or later)
• Password protection for Hide and Replace action - deferred until Mozilla fixes issue where new browser window sizes shrink to match size of last-opened dialog
