Clippings Manager window size gradually shrinking

A forum user wrote that the Clippings Manager window is gradually getting smaller[1]. User is on Windows 10. Presumably, the option to save Clippings Manager window size and position is enabled.

Things to look for:

1. Windows size consistency when repeatedly opening and closing the window
2. The same when the window is kept open, but gains and loses focus repeatedly during the user's session
