as is:

Oliver@Llardana MINGW64 /d/git-repositories/ADs/MADR/docs/adr (master)
$ adr new test
doc/adr/0001-test.md

should be:

Oliver@Llardana MINGW64 /d/git-repositories/ADs/MADR/docs/adr (master)
$ adr new test
0005-test.md
