Assets not transferring to Asset share commons

I have uploaded assets to AEM and for some reason some assets are not showing up to assetshare commons? Anyone have any suggestions.
AEM and AssetShare commons
troubleshooting why assets stopped being identified and transfered to asset share commons.

What does this mean exactly? Where aren't they showing up? Author? Publish? Do you have filters on ASC that would be filtering the assets out?

So i upload my assets to AEM to my public folders and where our contractor implemented asset commons to pull from the public folders. For some reason some new assets uploaded will not show up in the asset share commons. Does that make sense?

Are you publishing these uploaded assets so that they reach AEM Publish?

It sounds like youre uploading assets to your AEM Author but never publishing them to AEM Publish which would explain why they dont show on your Asset Share Commons.

If you open the Asset Share Commons pages on AEM Author (like you would do to configure or author them), do the assets show up there?
