better feedback when installing a plugin that doesn't actually exist #132

It's a minor thing really, but when attempting to install a plugin that doesn't actually exist, it initially looks like it's installing successfully... be nice if this could be changed to throw the 'problem locating the following plugins' error earlier in the process.

using adapt-cli v2.1.11 with NodeJS v10.13.0 btw
