[Bug]: Sankey doesnt set font color to white in dark mode

Is this related to GoCardless, Simplefin or another bank-sync provider?

What happened?

Sankey reports are still using black color text in dark mode when it should honor the theme settings.

Issues for the sankey chart are being tracked in #1919. The colors are a known issue and will get fixed before the feature goes mainline
