What happened?

When bulk editing categories on a desktop view, the category picker is messed up. It is using the mobile picker sizing and has weird colors.

To recreate:
Select some transactions
Press "c" to edit the categories
View the weird model
image

What error did you receive?

No response

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
