Describe the bug
The editor menu jumps away when opening up the keyboard on Safari mobile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open up an article to edit.
Start typing
Sometimes scrolling is needed (so make sure the article has enough lines to scroll)
The menu jumps away

Expected behavior
The menu should stay on screen, in the fixed position it is supposed to be.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: iOS
Browser: Safari
Version: iOS 16.2
