Improve Discoverability of Events Carousel

The events carousel lacks discoverability for users to scroll to the right. Most webpages have only scrolling down as their primary mode of discovering information, but nothing other than the cut off event indicates that you must scroll horizontally.

Solution would be to add arrows to the left and right of the carousel. Arrows would also be pressable to toggle to the next event.
