Dark Mode For Forms

Add a dark mode option to the site to improve user experience in low-light environments and align with modern web accessibility standards. This feature will allow users to switch between light and dark themes, improving readability and reducing eye strain in darker settings.

This is what our forms currently look like. Users should have the option to prefer light or dark mode.
