Dear @mjpost and all,
ACL Anthology has recently updated the editor information for proceedings/papers. But, this update should be reflected on the the ACL style sheet as well as compilation of the proceedings code/template. For further information, please see acl-org/acl-anthology#2706 (comment). Thank you,

We updated Anthology BibTeX to include the editors of every proceedings volume. Can you clarify what you are requesting here? It is not clear to me.

Hi @mjpost @shashwatup9k,
Most of it is resolved but there is still this issue.

Hi @mjpost
We also need to update the ACL styles sheet as well as ACLPUB especially _acl_natbib.bst_.

I think we need to add format.edition output after line number 1552 only. And, it will work.

P.S.: I can send a pull request if you prefer.

Thanks

I don't think I have the authority to do this. We've never printed editors on citations in ACL works cited sections so this is a big change and probably something that should be decided by the ACL. I also am not convinced it's a good idea. The editor role for proceedings is quite different IMO for conference proceedings compared to a journal or a book. In the former there is very little quality control and it mostly denotes the conference organizer. This will also affect a lot of length to works cited sections.
