documentation on readthedocs outdated

According to the footer on https://shodan.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html the last update was 8bd3fea (from 2018). The copyright even says 2014.

But the missing update of readthedocs is not the only issue, the docs themselves are also lacking recent information on new features of the library.

I guess no one reads the docs (LOL Pun Intended). I wanted to bump this and reiterate the readthedocs links have outdated steps. Example: Install instructions on readthedocs uses easy_install instead of pip.
