Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

What were you trying to achieve?

To see the error returned if the user has already registered in the platform

What are the expected results?

To get an error page if the user has not been registered in the platform

What are the received results?

Steps To Reproduce

Login as admin (This is to verify admin is already registered in the platform)
Logout
Go to registration page
Register a new user with [email protected] as the email addressthe
