After watchOS removal build fails on the Build Ably framework step with error:

Building universal frameworks with common architectures is not possible. The device and simulator slices for "AblyDeltaCodec" both build for: arm64

This was fixed with carthage-with-workaround-for-issue-3019.sh script, but it stopped working for some reason.
