Index background color

Hi aabhasr.i work in a project. Where I want by default 4 index background color must be yellow . If I enter number in first index so first index background color change to green. Just same way if I enter value in 2 , 3 and 4 index so index background color change to green colour. When we cut number in particular index so index color change to yellow colour.
