For the people who are as slow on the uptake as I am, the flyer helper is that little vertical line going from the model to the ground below them, with the little circle at the actual unit's location projected on the ground. |

I'd call that a vanilla bug and agree that it should be fixed. It's janky and unknown enough that I don't think anyone is intentionally using it in vanilla or AP, it's unexpected enough that it feels wrong if you learn it, and the corsair is plenty strong already. |
(general protoss) Corsair attack AoE is not excluding invulnerable/missile, which results in them destroying missiles such as battlecruiser shots.
(For Aiur, vanilla bug) Top-right hive's drones on For Aiur do not harvest - they idle next to the hive.
(Waking the Ancient) Quillgor Alpha can be Parasitic Domination'd by Infestors, and have debug/placeholder icons in their command card. After dying, the resulting meat retains a visual Parasitic Domination model. The normal and alpha quillgor also miss the "Army Select" flag.
(Waking the Ancient) Parasitic Domination on Brakk's quillgor attack parties still get repeated trigger commands to attack the meat while under player control.
(Back in the Saddle) Skip cutscenes might have caused this siege tank to not despawn and help out against the Arch Angel
(General WoL/debatable) Wings-specific bosses/heroes are missing the Heroic tag, such as Maar. Maar at least should be explicitly excluded from being targetable by Dark Archon MC.
(General) Unit groups have a minimap icon in the center of their unit group, this is normally disabled in the campaign mode. Clear the "Object Group Data" entry in "Default SC2 UI Settings" (under Game UI Data) to remove the icon.

(Unconfirmed) Flying Reapers have missing flyer helpers (check if H&H reapers get them)H&H reapers do not have flyer helpers. Could be a good feature request.Edit: On further investigation, there is an issue with Flyer Helpers on "Selected". Reapers do not get flyer helpers until reselected while flying.(HotS) Hard/Brutal have the wrong Larva Count/Larva Delay.

Default keybind for extra abilities does not line up with physical keyboard layout (Expecting Solar Lance to be Ctrl + S here)Won't Fix: Ctrl + S is system shortcut(WoL) After using "Jet Pack Overdrive" once, the landing "thud" from the Reaper finishing its flying will play every time the Reaper jumps a cliff, in addition to its regular boost sound.
(NCO) Blazefire Gunblade's weapon swap description should be adjusted to mention it deals 60 damage (to ground) when uncloaked, increasing to 90 when cloaked.
(WoL) Brynhilds are unlockable even with Brood War off (they are mercenary Valkyries which should require BW)
(SoA in WoL) Calldown: Fenix is missing spin animation (in WoL at least). Also missing voicelines (hard to fix in WoL). Is also missing voice lines and spin animation in LotV.
(Potential vanilla bug) Plasma Rifle does not turn enemy into plasma puddles upon kill with primary fire.
(Not sure about vanilla behavior) Kerrigan is not immune to slows (e.g. Marauder attack) during Shifting Strike, leading to weird/unexpected behavior
(Vanilla bug) Sensor Tower placement model is missing
(General LotV) In vanilla LotV, having a Dark Templar near a detector will show the detector's range. The archipelago dark templar doesn't. Prologue Zeratul (and presumably other LotV stealth units) have the same issue.
(Belly of the Beast) With skip cutscenes, the "Defend the Charge" timer never disappears.
(Belly of the Beast) With skip cutscenes, if Stetmann is healing someone while the team is healed + teleported, the heal actor is never destroyed (until he starts healing the unit again)
(LotV) Starting gateways (and robotics facilities/stargates with warp harmonization) need to be manually turned into their warp counterpart, rather than transforming at game start.
Scouts are missing a progress rally ability, which means they can't be rallied while warping in from a warp stargate.
(Not necessarily a bug) Player scouts's (pitiful) anti-ground attack has priority, while their anti-air attack is much stronger. Makes them very frustrating to use (and their stats are already bad)
Shoot the Messenger: "Find and Rescue Frozen Zerg Groups" is under main objectives
Chrono Surge can't be cast on Spires
Titanic warp prism is missing all of its behavior; its patrol as well as its response to being damaged
Locks on Temple of Unification seem to have way too many bullies on them - Top-right lock was stacked with 5 siege tanks which I don't remember being the case
You start with a bunch of zergling reconstitution with skip cutscenes on Old Soldiers
Shredder Rounds deals damage to neutral units
When Nova nuke is the only prerequisite enabling Ghost Academy, it is also unlocked when Nova isn't controllable (such as WoL missions)
