为什么我运行出来的accuracy都是小于0.11的呢

是不是软件的版本没有匹配对！

版本pytorch是1.2的，其他的跟您的一样，但是运行的结果还是0.11以下，我也不知道哪里出了问题

不应该啊，我们都调试过的，小于0.1那就是随机猜了，模型完全没训练起来，你试试其他模型。
