Attaching dynamic lights doesn't work for things and frames added through dehacked

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

See examples in the attached wad.
Only things < 252 can have dynamic lights attached, and only on sprites < 245.
A modified vanilla object cannot have a light on a frame using a new sprite.
A new dsdhacked object cannot have a light on any frame ever.

When initially submitting the report, I thought this affected dehextra objects as well, but I was off by one in thing number.
So the root cause is probably the same as in #2619.
