Add a setting to display notes in Doremi rather than CDE form

This was suggested on Discord, as the doremi system is more familiar in many parts of the worlds. I'm partial to this, because it's also a system that is used where I'm from. This should be a simple option picker on the Advanced tab, and both the note gutter and they key picker must reflect this setting.

Do note that we use some string operations on note labels, for logic. So all usages must be inspected carefully and necessary adjustments must be made.
